Four days ago my son accidentally came down with his knee in the center of my stomach, to where I almost passed out from the pain. After that I was in a lot of pain, but I thought it would go away. Since then I get very dizzy and my stomach is now swollen almost twice the size as normal. I have stomach pain that stays with me , but sometimes it is so excruciating I am not sure what to do.

i suggest going to the nearest emergency room.
dizziness is a very serious sign of injury. if you pass out at all-even if you wake up again-someone needs to call 911 for you.
do not take anything medication wise until seen by the doctor

Even if there is internal bleeding, there obviously isn't tons of it otherwise you would've collapsed or died by now. On the other hand, if it really is double the size it normally is then you definitely got something going on in there that needs to be taken care of. My advice is that you should go to the hospital/doctor to get it checked out. Your symptoms are quite concerning!

Get yourself to an emergency right now! It does sound like you are bleeding internally. Do NOT wait for more answers. Call an ambulance
