Caffeine withdrawl. You might try taking just a little bit of caffeine, like some weak oolong tea to relieve it a bit. Come down gradually. It will end soon. The headaches won't last too long, they're almost over. Learn to breathe (abdominal breathing) to relieve headaches. Also consider breath of fire (from kundalini yoga) to help headaches.

You are breaking a caffeine addiction. It will go away within just a few days. Also, you may have tension. Excedrine can give you some relief (not any other med), but it does contain a bit of caffeine, so you wouldn't be totally free, but relieved and healthier. Drink lots of cold water.
