I went to the dentist last week and I had 5 cavities (although I hadn't been for quite a long time before that).

i have my left testicle higher than the other one, and it kinda sits in front of the other, like right below the penis. And i'm noticing it's giving me problems with ejaculation, i get pain in that left testicle when i ejaculate and i think it's because of this. any others have it? should i worry if i get pain when ejaculating.. .. It has happened 5 times already and i hate it, i mean why pain.

I haven't had my period since May 1st and had multiple pregnancy tests done and a doctor checked me and told me I wasn't. I'm still late and I just called my gyno and he told me to take one more test and if it comes out negative, to start my birth control pills Sunday. Is it safe to start that without having a period? And why take it if no period? Does it make it come on?

My friend is lazy. She doesn't want to be. She tries to do things. But she always finds her self sitting down, not always in front of the T.V. , sometimes out side. She knows that she has things to do but she says that she is always tired or sleepy. She just found out that she has thyroid disease about 6 months ago and has been on meds since. She has been working out but that is hard for her to stick to. Although she has lost 25 lbs. I want to know what to do to help her. What can she do. Is there a diet pill that will give her extra energy without making her wired. She works and goes to college so I think that she just wants to sit down and relax when ever she can. What can she do? Please no mean answers.

I have been going through some rough times, starting with the end of my wedding planning and my most current relationship just failed too due to lack of communication. I feel sad about all of it and I feel like many things are happening to me that are bad. I am a good person and can't understand why that black cloud won't go away and just let me be happy. I think I may be depressed but I am not sure. I keep wondering what my purpose here on earth is, but yet I would never kill myself. All I want to do is sleep and when I am alone I feel sad and lonely. Does anyone know a way I can come out of this funk? Then to top it off, my mother just got some bad medical news which makes the worrying even greater.

My fiance has been smoking on and off for probably 15 years. He's successfully quit a few times, only to eventually end up smoking again. He smokes about half a pack a day right now. He knows how much I can't stand it because I don't want to lose him to cancer or heart disease in 20 years, but this doesn't seem to deter him enough. He wants to stop, or at least he says so, and he has tried the gum and the lozenges with a little success, but he doesn't seem completely motivated (sometimes he'll choose the cigarette over the lozenge, for example). What can I do to help him stop for good? Do you have any ideas, or ways that you've helped someone stop smoking?
