I need a headbrace at night and how do you sleep with it?

I don't know how it works; how do you sleep with a piece of metal lurking around your head?

i had one and at first it was the worst thing everbut i couldn't really do anything about.i couldn't not wear it because i actually wanted good teeth.so i just wore it every night.and eventually i got used to it. give it time.

Use a really soft pillow to absorb it. You will eventually get used to it.
