Most likely it's just allergies. I've had severe allergies my entire life and although their are several medications available to help control allergies, I've learned that it's best just to take the allergy shots and zyrtec. However, you should see an allergist who can perform a skin test or a simple blood test that will reveal exactly what you're allergic to. If you're allergic to mold and etc. be careful when eating cheese and stuff like that. I have over 280 food allergies so a nutritionist is also another source of information and can provide meal ideas once you know what youre allergic to.

You could be allergic to a variety of things--grass, dust, pollen, even eye makeup and removers and contact lens solutions. Try not using any eye makeup and removers and see if it clears up. If not, you can get allergy tested by a doctor to find out exactly what you're allergic to. Eye drops and allergy medicines can help. But if your eyes are really pink, or if it affects one eye only, it could be an infection and will need proper medical treatment.
