if there are real woman have penis, i want to know how it happens

yes, they are called transgendered. When they are still a fetus, instead of the penis not forming inward and forms outward instead (which is how we end up with our hoohah's), it stays outside of the body. But since the fetus has both male and female chromosomes, breasts are still formed. Thus, creating a baby that has both male and female characteristics. They don't have a way to fix this, and sadly...these people are ridiculed for something they have no control over. Technically, every fetus starts out as female......then the penis grows outward, creating a male.

first of all, yes, she-males have their own penis attached to their bodies. in fact it has been hanging there since the day they were born. actually they are not real women but men who altered their appearance to make them them look like females without changing their sexual organ, so now the penis remains attached to a female body.

Um i think they are called hermaphrodites not sure how to spell it but its when they have both and feel more like one gender and then there are some people born male that really feel as if they are 100% woman .
