You can do calf lifts (just put your toes on the edge of a fat telephone book and then lift yourself up). Try half squats. (put your feet shoulder width apart, squat half way down and then just stay in that position. You will definitely build your thigh muscles. Those two exercises together will get you jumping higher and farther! Good luck!

THEREs a rail at the park my brother would hold on and jump up and down. HE also practiced jump shots shooting a basket ball. MY cousin used an old mattress in the back yard jumping up and down.ANS my sister uses her moms mattress in her bed room lol. Its a lot of fun too good luck.

The cheapest way I know of is to get the wrap around leg weights (not expensive) and put them around your ankles. Then jump up and down, do jumping jacks, high kick running...
After a while you will start jumping higher with more ease

So you're trying to tone them instead of building muscle. It's all in the reps then (for weighttraining)

if you have a table thats sort of high stand in front of it and hold on to it with your hands and jump in the air and kick your legs out this will build up the muscles in your legs!
