ok i just need help with my belly fat. i am not that fat but i wanna lose all of it. i also wanna lose my chest fat. (man-boobs) i want to know which exercise that is that i can work with that has fast results. (like a month) but i need exercises that i can do at home. (push-ups, sit-ups, etc. i also need the time that the results will come in. THANKS FOR THOSE WHO ANSWER.

My friend from california called me today and wanted me to look up burger king and see if they still use poppy seeds in there food or on there food..... She said that she called a burger king out there and asked them, but they said that they didnt use poppy seeds ne more but they use (sesame?)seeds and they tried to tell her that they were basicallly the same ....r poppy seeds and sesame seeds alike?? I know that poppy seeds r black and the others r white or whatever. This is her question ,she wanted to know if a person who ate at burger king then got a drug test would it come up as n e thing???? She knows that poppy seeds does come up on a drug test she just wanted to know about the other seeds....... this is a really dumb question to me but she wanted to know ..... Shes alittle weird........ I was going to look on Burger kings website but i thought it would be better just to ask it on here ........... I have had the most exructhiating pains in my womb area for about 4 years! Last year it got really serious I had to under go many examinations, scans, pain relief etc! I could barely move at times! And the final blow came when i had a 10 week period in which i lost so much blood i became enemic! I was a wreck so i eventually had a laparoscopy (3 months ago now)! And they found very small polycystic cysts on my ovaries! But they where so tiny they couldnt have been the main cause 2 the problems i was having! Me and my fiance have been trying for children for over a year or so with no joy! They've drilled my ovaries now but i am so worried something is wrong! The pains eased now but periods are still iregular!

I took pills for 2 weeks.. but then I stopped taking it because it made me feel bloated and I had pimples. My bf doesn't know about it, I told him I take the pills regularly. Anyway, I am not afraid to get pregnant. So after I stopped taking the pills, I was bleeding a lot. It was like having my 2nd period for the same month.

Now, I don't know when to expect my period. Is it the date for the first period last month? or the 2nd date of my last period last month?

I'm 15 and I found out a week ago that I was pregnant. I went on an internet site and put in the date of my last period and it worked out that I was 6 weeks pregnant.

But I think I've had a miscarriage.......I woke up at 5am with bad stomach pains and I went to the toilet and I was bleeding a lot. I didn't want to wake up my mum because I hadn't told her I was pregnant yet. I was bleeding quite a lot for about an hour and there were some quite big clots in it. I've stopped bleeding now and I don't have anymore pain.

Did I make my baby die? I didn't want it and I wished it was dead and I think it is now and I feel really bad because maybe it was my fault. I don't know what to do, do I need to go to the doctor now? I'm not bleeding anymore. I hadn't told anyone I was pregnant so I don't have anyone to talk to now. Can somebody tell me what to do?

My girlfriend went to the doctor's last week and determined that she has Asburger's syndrome, a very weak form of autism. My doctor put me on Zoloft for anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. However, I have always had a weight problem and just recently finally started losing weight with the help of a nutrionist and I just don't want to ruin my progress. I've heard people say that Zoloft makes people gain weight and then some say it makes you lose weight or doesn't affect weight one way or the other. Has anyone here experienced a weight problem taking Zoloft?
