Because I know a girl who went swimming on her period and I got lost. Meaning confused. I don't think girls are supposed to go swimming on their period.

No, girls can and do go swimming on their periods. They just have to use tampons instead of pads. And actually, exercise is great for girls who are on their period, because it can help to reduce cramping.

Yeah buddy!! You just have to have a tampon and plenty of them and be on high alert. But we do it all the time with no mistakes. On the otherhand i wouldn't recommend going swimming like on a date or something while on your period.

Yes she can still go swimming. She should use a tampon at that time, but she can still go swimming. It is not like she will be swimming with sharks or anything.

depends on where your swimming. If you go in a lake without anything it sould be okay. For some reason I seem to stop bleeding when I'm in water. But I wouldn't risk it in a pool.
