I have had the most exructhiating pains in my womb area for about 4 years! Last year it got really serious I had to under go many examinations, scans, pain relief etc! I could barely move at times! And the final blow came when i had a 10 week period in which i lost so much blood i became enemic! I was a wreck so i eventually had a laparoscopy (3 months ago now)! And they found very small polycystic cysts on my ovaries! But they where so tiny they couldnt have been the main cause 2 the problems i was having! Me and my fiance have been trying for children for over a year or so with no joy! They've drilled my ovaries now but i am so worried something is wrong! The pains eased now but periods are still iregular!

Go see your g.p and ask for a bloodtest to check initially if you are ovulating. I know your periods are irregular but make notes of the last day of your period and give this ingormation to the doctor.
The bloodtest will comfirm if u are indeed ovulating or not.

Go from there as that will determine your next step of action. You can work out the length of your cycle with the docs help. I tried for over a year to get pregnant but that was because i had been on the depo-provera injection contraception for 2 years and it took a long time to get out of my system.
After i found out the true length of my cycle, and confirmation that i was ovualting, my husband also had a sperm count which was fine, after that it happened more or less straight away. Rule out possible causes first then if u get the all clear choose the 3 days during ovulation and just go for it

And relax

Sorry to hear the pain you've been having. I'm no doctor so wont pretend to know the answer, but wouldn't it be better for you to call your doctor tomorrow and ask for advice or make an appointment to see them? Better to get the right answer from the horses mouth, so to speak, rather than hope you get the right answer on here when the issue is obviously so important to you. Good luck

there are many factors to take into consideration like your weight ,stress and diet for example talk to your doctor but worry about getting yourself well first and then the rest will follow .

Need to consult with the doc straight away. As your trying right now its probable but it is important that you have medical support!!

you may have to look into a surrogate. Have your eggs taken out and his sperm and implanted into someone else. It would still be your child, but can be costly. Other than that..just keep trying!
