Depends on the kind of diet you're on. I mean carbs, contrarly to belief, give you good and quick energy. I mean maybe don't eat white rice, it's like bad for you in the sense it's bleached maybe brown/multi grain rice.

Rice is high in carbohydrates. If you are on a low-carb diet you should definitely not eat rice, but a low fat diet, i guess it would be ok.

Rice is fine to eat on a diet. The trick is how you prepare it.... Steamed is better than fried. Also, don't drown it in sauces to make it taste better. I small slice of butter goes a long way! Or try a bit of soy sauce, or something similar. You'll hear people say that carbs are bad... but they essential to your daily diet and help balance out your emotions - so don't eliminate them!!!

Depends on what kind of diet. Rice is vvveeerrryyy high in carbs, so if you are on a low carb diet then no. Most diets, no. If u r on a low fat diet, yes.

i always eat rice....im asian and im hating it.....
if your on a diet you should eat foos in low carbohydrates...rice dosnet make you fat unless you exerscis
