ok i just need help with my belly fat. i am not that fat but i wanna lose all of it. i also wanna lose my chest fat. (man-boobs) i want to know which exercise that is that i can work with that has fast results. (like a month) but i need exercises that i can do at home. (push-ups, sit-ups, etc. i also need the time that the results will come in. THANKS FOR THOSE WHO ANSWER.

Remember that you can't spot reduce. So, all the pullups in the world are not going to get rid of your man boobs.

Try cardiovascular exercise. Try some of these. Shoot baskets for two hours a day. The worse you are at basketball the more exercise you will get. lol Go hiking in the woods for at least an hour a day.... as you get better go longer and up steeper hills. If you are social, join a volleyball team with a group that likes to practice a lot.

Is this a result of loosing a lot of weight to begin with? Excess skin is tough. The best way to loose weight is 75% diet with out this building block, all the hours at the gym are useless. Cardio must be done fore at least 25 min plus. Anything under that and you are cheating yourself. Avoid the pitfalls of pills. Try a bike, It really does not seem like exercise, and gets you some fresh air, coupled with gym, and a proper diet all things will come.

Start doing pull ups, it's the best way. Sure, diet a little, but keep focusing on losing the stomach fat by excercise. It will work, trust me!

stomach will reduce,but, man boobs are forever, surgery is only answer for these!
