It's so close in my room during these dog days of summer that i find myself breathing heavy & waking up with headaches. I figured that on top of adding a dehumidifier, I should try to somehow raise the oxygen level in my room.

BESIDES GOING TO THE DOCTOR--I'm looking for answers. My husband has been complaining of stuffiness and a very slight fever for the last couple days. Today, his ear started to ache. He's been taking Sudafed regularly for the last 3 days, and Nyquil at night. We can't make it to a doctor because our insurance doesn't kick in until August, so I'm looking for some home remedies or possibly something somebody did that helped them.

Serious answers only, please. I don't want anybody answering who just wants two stinking points. This is a serious question.

The hard way has a pitch of 45 degrees, and the easy way has a pitch of 20 degrees.
Which way burns more calories - the hard way or the easy way? And why?

I really could use your advise on how I can cope with Tinnitus. The ringing is so loud it is making me crazy. I HAVE to sleep with a box fan running on high, and that doesn't drown out the ringing... Please somebody, anybody, if you have any ideas, let me know. I can't stand this much longer.........................

I've been to the optometrist lots of times. I don't think they do a very good job of checking my nightvision. I've tried telling them what I want and they always joke that I want to see like a bat. It would be nice to see like a bad, but I'd settle for seeing like a healthy human. It seems like everyone's nightvision is better than mine. I don't think there's anything wrong with my retina (rods). I think my iris just doesn't dilate as much as other people's. Shouldn't optometrists check the range our pupils will dilate on their own, instead of just using those stupid drops?
