You misspelled it, but here is what I found:
"Fibromyalgia (FM or FMS) is a debilitating chronic syndrome (constellation of signs and symptoms) characterized by diffuse or specific muscle, joint, or bone pain, fatigue, and a wide range of other symptoms. It is not contagious, and recent studies suggest that people with fibromyalgia may be genetically predisposed[1]. It affects more females than males, with a ratio of 9:1 by ACR (American College of Rheumatology) criteria [2]. Fibromyalgia is seen in 3% to 6% of the general population, and is most commonly diagnosed in individuals between the ages of 20 and 50. The nature of fibromyalgia is not well understood, with many frustrated physicians driven to accusing their patients of feigning illness. There are few, if any, treatments available, and there is no cure, but the disease is not life-threatening."

okay first it is a combo of fibromyalgia syndrome and chronic fatigue syndrome,,,fibromyalgia syndrome is a chronic, often disabling, condition of unknown cause characterized by uncontrollable fatigue and widespread pain in the muscles, ligaments and tendons,,,chronic fatigue syndrom is where you suffer from debilitting chronic fatigue, and the illness presents a host of symptoms, the two major criteria must be met for CFS to be diagnosed: persistent/relapsing fatigue for at least 6 months that does not resolve with bed rest and is severe enough to reduce daily activity by at least 50%, there is also 8 other criterias

Fibromyalgia is in the arthritis family along with Lupus, MS,RA, etc........its an autoimmune disease and is horrible to have...I go to national fibromyalgia association on the web and they are very imformative.but just type in Fibromyagia and it will take you to a list of sources ....i hope you don't have it as there is no cure, no meds, just different meds they try you on, injections, therapy, etc.....its a nightmare and very little is known about it........pray for a cure...good luck.......it use to be just my legs....now its my whole body and i'm only 35......it may not be life threatning (as far as they know) but it feels like it somedays and for me is a life sentence until they find something to help us
