because i change my sheets every 2 days. is that normal good idk whats hygenic? is a week without changing sheets really gross? how often do you all change the bedsheets. and not if you spill somethign on it and stuff just average.

Provided we always go to bed clean, and nothing gets on the sheets, then I wash mine once a week. And to answer your question, it is not abnormal to do it more often. You do whatever you feel comfortable with. But also, no, under normal circumstances, it is not gross to only change them once a week. Especially when you consider some people do it only once a month. Weekly is average, and what is reccommended by my doctor due to my allergies. But everyone is different. With you, I think every 2 days puts unnecessary wear and tear on your sheets, but being clean is not a bad thing. Keep doing whatever you feel comfortable doing.

I wash mine once a week. I would think washing every 2 days or so will wear out the material and you will have to buy new ones. I only use my bed for sleeping so it really does not get dirty and i don't spill things on it so my advice is once a week and not eating or anything on it.

During college terms, I only change my sheets twice a month! but otherwise I'm usually clean, and that's great that you're concerned about personal hygiene.

Once a month -- prefer weekly but never quite get to it until as month. I Fabreze in beteen to keep germs down.

I try for weekly, but I know some people, like yourself who change them more often. Oprah changes them (or has them changed) daily.
