I think I have a yeast infection cause I'm really itchy. But when I first got it,my...ehm...started to swell and it keeps getting worse. Is that normal for a yeast infection?

Soak the tampon in regular, no sugar yogurt and leave it in the vagina overnight. REpeat, if symptoms persist.

Yes it can be normal for a yeast infection, you can try using an over the counter yeast infection treatment and if that doesn't work or it doesnt feel right go see your doctor and they can really tell you what it is or give you a pill to counter act the yeast infection its alot easier then the creams.

Are you talking about the labia? If that's it, then yes you can swell a bit. Go to the store and get an over the counter medicine. Monistat for the nigh time and that goes into the inside and Vagisil to put on the outside when you are having an itching attack. Also, try wearing all cotton white panties while you are having the problem. I don't know what is with the white, but I guess the weave seems to not as tightly done, so it breaths more. Try sitting in a shallow tub filled with warm water and put some baking soda in it. Either eat lots and lots of yogurt or going to the pharmacist for L. Acidophiles. That is the same bacteria that is found yogurt and it will help put some of re-balance what is lost.

When all else doesn't work, or for the easiest way, go see you doctor and ask for Diflican. You usually need just one to do the job.
