Why do you think you need it? I used to work at a doctor's office and if a patient was in pain and requesting this stuff, we would send them to a pain clinic. Maybe ask your doctor for a referral to a pain clinic. Also use of this drug is heavily monitored, so if you do get it, don't abuse it or else you will have to wait to get more.

Be on your death bed with some severe cancer. If a pain killer like that has no pain to direct its self too, it can destroy other parts of body-brain, lungs, heart, liver, kidneys, etc. If you just want it too get messed up mabye you should think of something a little less dangerous
