I have been studying for this exam since a year ago,and it needs too much energy.What kind of food can help me pass the exam successfully? I don't have enough energy.....

I have hypothyroidism, and we are going through very hard times financially. I cannot afford to get my medicine, and I have been to the local free health clinic, but I don't qualify to receive help there. Does anyone know the side effects of not taking your medicine for an extended period of time? Any ideas on how I can get my medicine? I haven't taken it now for about 2 months. Thanks for any help.

My skin feels so tight and its peeling but not like the normal peeling after a sunburn...its cracked and dry and really hurts. I would normally put aloe on it but I was wondering if there was anything better out there that anyone could suggest.

do shots damage the inside/outside of ur arm? (in general)?
i took a shot like 2 days ago (travel shot) like a TYPHOID shot (yes on the arm) or something like that cause im going on vacation 2 weeks from now to taiwan so its a prevention shot. its been hurting for like 3 days now.. uhh yeah so im wondering. but seriously in general do shots damage the inside / outside of ur arm?
i dont want a damaged arm.. :[[[[
my cousin researched and told me that when you first get a shot.. it hurts but it eventually heals all the way and the arm will be healthy again like it was originally is that true? and that it heals from bein damaged.. i hope thats true. does it damage your arm like at all? 1%? i dont want a damaged arm at all! :[[[[[

for 8 years I have tried all means to cure staphylococus aerus, but have failed, every time I urinate I feel burns and the the lab diagnosed it as moderate growth of staphylococus. This was during an eblasion, tubal ligation, and a few other procedures. I had cysts on both ovaries. The silver spots showed in all photo's. The spots were on my ovaries, my uterus and various areas. It looks like someone splattered silver paint. My Dr. has been in practive for 20 plus years and he has never seen this. He does not know what it could be or where to start to determine what they are. I do not have any pain, no symptons of anything. I have researched for 4 months now and I can not find anything. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have anxiety in certain public situations. I don't get the normal anxiety, where you feel like your overwhelmed and have to run out. I get it where I feel very sick to my stomach and like i'm going to vomit at any moment even though I never actually do get sick. Is there any good over the counter medicine for nausea or feeling nauseous that you could recommend? Thanks.

this pain lasts for one day , i sleep and next day its over and i am fine
