tetanus shots do leave your arm feeling sore for a few days. there isn't any damage from an injection. diabetics inject themselves daily. however, its a good idea to rub your arm and keep using it even if it is sore to get back to normal.
have a good vacation.

Just don't tense your muscles when you're getting the actual shot. Your arm will definitely heal, unless you stick a needle in the same place over and over. . .

It does a bit yeah, that's why it hurts. And yeah, it will stop. Tetanus is a bot of a tough one. But in regars to "hurting your arm", think about it; are doctors going to totally destroy your arm? No. That's just a stupid thought.

Sometimes a shot will bruise a muscle but as long you don't have anymore in that same spot for a few months it will be fine.

Damage usually causes scar tissue.. So yes, you may have a very slightly "damaged arm".. Chill.. It's not going to kill you..
