im on a diet and trying to lose weight can anybody please tell me how much calories are in each ofthese food products so i could add up how meany calories i would be consuming a day

if you eat all of them you eat 125 calories....but GOOD calories

No calories in Black Pepper or Paprika, at least not enough to be counted as a whole calorie.
Apples and melons are different because they vary in size and weight.

apple with skin Calories 65
with out skin Calories 53
water melon per cup Calories 46
Black pepper Calories 16 per tbsp
Paprika Calories 20 per tbsp
Lettuce Calories 8 per cup of Iceberg



Keep in mind that the body has to have fuel to make energy. Make sure if you are cutting calories then increase proteins to give your body energy.

A great source for counting calories down to approximate detail is the website: www.calorieking.com

That might be a little easier to count the cals on fruits and vegtables.

1 med size apple and 1 cup of cut watermelon in 1 in squares and 1 cup of cut lettase has 60 calories...most spices dont have any calories but ALOT of sodium which makes you retain water.

you are a little strange. Get yourself a book that has the foods and their caloric index or log onto a website that shows it. I know very well you cannot possiblely think paprika has calories. quit asking stupid questions!

That depends on how much of each food you are referring to. Did you eat a whole watermelon? a whole head of lettuce? more info is required... try this:
