I have had problems with severe nausea and my son has abdominal migraines. I do not think there are any effective OTC medicines, or even Rx meds for nausea if you really have a severe problem. Since your nausea is from anxiety, it makes more sense to treat the anxiety. Talk to your doctor.

Sounds a lot like he has parvo. He needs to see a vet to get some fluids into him and they can give him a anti-nausea/diarrhea shot. I just got through nursing 2 puppies through it and its not fun. Be sure and keep him isolated from any other pets and get you a dropper to force water into him. Don't try and give him to much at once, but several times during the night. Do not try to feed him anything at all. Keep him warm and still, don't try and hold him he needs to lay as quite as possible. Get him to a vet as soon as they open, let them know you are bringing a possible parvo case in so they can keep you segregated and not infect any other animals they have there. Good luck

I live in Toronto Canada we have an anti nausient caleld Gravol I assume it's in the US as well. It is great for all kinds of nausia. Stomach Flu air, car sickness, even those anoying nervous jitters. But it may cause drowsiness. Also try Pepto Bismol no drowseness and you can take as much as you need too. Both come in liquid or pills and Adult or child doses.

If you are living in Canada, get Gravol. It really works.
Ginger works well too. Or slowly sipping some ginger ale.
However it seems like your problem is more psychosomatic than anything, so what you need is something to relax you.
Some Kava Kava, or melatonin might help (be careful with Kava though)

Ginger. You can get tabs, usually labelled for travel-sickness. Clinically proven to at least help. Good luck:)
Oh--and ther's a homeopathic remedy called "Nux Vomica" that's verty effective, and I think you can get without a consult.

Try Coca Cola, Sprite or 7Up, good for settling the stomach. You don't need to take anything that is going to put you to sleep. Crackers are also good for a sick stomach.
