IT"S CALLED hives! It's a nerve problem, that is why it happens when you are stressed or upset. You really need to chill out, I think that is what they call it now-a-days. Don't let things bother you, especially other peoples problems. Do what ever it takes to stay calm. Let keeping a cool tool be the thing that you do, after a while it will become a habit like being stressed out is now. Stop drinking so much coffee and high caffeine soft drinks, stay away from the sugar and anything with sugar in it altogether for a while, then only in moderation after the problem goes away. Remember, get rid of the stress, whatever it takes, get rid of it. Stress kills and gives you the hives. Try not to scratch the small welts, they could become infected, than you do have a double problem. Do all I have told you and they will go away.

What it sounds like you are describing is called 'shingles'. It is usual caused by nerves, and can be pretty itchy and painful. Go to you dermatologist and have it checked out. A hydrocortisone cream will help until then. The MD will probably give you something topical for outbreaks.

The best way to control shingles, is relax. Look at your stressors, what can you get rid of, or how can you better cope. The shingle will tell you when you are not doing a good job of it.

It sounds like hives. It is a nervous reaction to stress or anger.

Hives, also called urticaria, are rounded or oval bumps (swellings) on the skin that often are itchy. Sometimes they are red, but they don't have to be. Hives happen when the cells in the skin called mast cells release histamine, a chemical that causes tiny blood vessels (capillaries) to leak fluid. When this leaking fluid accumulates in the skin, it forms the small swellings that we recognize as hives.

Some people break out in hives when they get stressed. Thats what it sounds like to me. Relax take a deep breath, count to 10 just do something so you dont break out. Get some calamine lotion and some hot tea and chill out.

It seems like you suffer from hives. This seems to be your bodies way of reacting to the stress. Try to relax.

Loosen your belt. I am fat and when I wear my belt to tight this happens to me. Especially in the heat. They usually go away in a day or so though.
