Situps combined with crunches is the best workout plan. You should aim for 400 crunches a day. Varying the types of crunches. From feet on the ground, to feet high in the air, and then normal feet in the air crunches. Try to keep both feet even or your abs will become uneven. Combine that with situps and you will see results in two weeks if you workout everyday. Also try to drink milk and try to eat vegetables although they aren't delicious...

actually many doctors will tell you now a days that sit ups really aren't good for your back. They put alot of stress on your back however they do get the job done but just hurts your back in the process. A better alternative is ab crunches. It is not putting so much stress on the back. As far as eating something to get great abs...well there is nothing you can eat for that reason alone. The best way to get a six pack is to just eat healthy and incorporate more upper body exercises into your daily routine. Mainly things for the ab region. Add in some weight lifting to that as well. And believe it or not you don't have to lift alot of weights to get a "cut" body. There is a difference in getting a "cut" body and "bulking" up.......Oh and as for the chick that said that's the problem....don't eat.....ignore that ignorance. Its people like that who believe that starving yourself gives you a great body when it fact it is very harmful to your body and mind.

I've found the easiest way is to grab onto a bar as if you are gonig to do a pull up. Now raise your knees up as far as possible. Do 25 reps. Do this every night, you can do more if you like, up to 3 sets. I swear these do more than all the crunches I ever did. You won't even feel too sore the next day but the results are obvious. Try them, they are easy, quick and painless. Good luck. Would love to hear from you in a month after doing these everyday for results..

Yes, sit ups make your abs hard. If you want to get cut up, I know a guy how will do that for $500.00. Just let him know what to do with the remains.
