Hey im a kid going through puberty and i am 5 feet 7 inches, turning 14 in two months. I grew about 6 inches in 1.5 years and will i continue to grow at the same speed/rate??? I drink a cup of fat-free milk a day i think that might help?

Also about when will i stop growing heightwise??
If you can remember can you tell me what was ur height at 13 years old and what is a good height for men that isn't too tall yet too short? thanks.

Also is it ok to go out with a chick like 3 inches taller than me lol?

In april I had a hysterectomy. I have basically had a pretty uneventful recovery, except I am still having some soreness and a few aches in my lower abdomen. I went two weeks ago and had my eight week check up and my doctor and I decided i could return to work, but no lifting anything over 20 pounds until july 17th. That would only be one month of light duty. The issue is my job is giving me a real problem. They don't feel they can accomodate the restriction . I feel really bad because I don't want them to think I don't want to work, because i do, I just want to be careful for a little while. I work as an rn on a stroke and orthopedic surgical unit, so lifting is a very real part of my job and it's hard enough when I'm feeling at my best. can anyone please share with me their experience if they've had this type of surg and how long did it take you to really get back to yourself?. This whole situation has me really feeling down. I now am back out on disability just because I can't lift

I applied for disability 4 months ago and was seen by their doctors 3 weeks ago. The doctors even told me I do not look or seem equipt at this time to work. I've written severel letters every day to Disability hoping that they will respond. Is there a statue of Limitations they have to respond either yes or no or can they just leave you hanging for ever with no answer?

When I'm on my period, I get really bad cramps. Nothing I do seems to help. I only get them the first two days and its really terrible. I can't do anythign for those two days and sometimes I have to miss school. What are some suggestions to help the pain?

first i hate summer..its to freaking hot ;-) anyways ive always have had a bad reaction to the heat. if im in the sun for to long i get very notouis and super dizzy. i get sun burn easial, my friends laugh at me sometimes cause i'm mixed with black and mexican and they say i'm the only black person they know that gets sun burn, but i do i dont get darker i turn red and it hurts if i get burned. but i also get really itchy little bumps all over my arms and legs i also get like patches on my skin..could i be alergic to the sun or just heat sensitive. this happens everytime i go out in the sunlight. if its winter, fall or spring i can go in the sun and feel fine but in the summer when its a combination of the heat and the sun i'm miserable. anyone have any suggustions.

Dear all, i lost my virginity to a bad guy, it never felt special cos he treated me like meat. i didnt enjoy sex with him i just let him have his way cos i was scared to loose him, he was my rock. I was 19 i am now 20, i want my virginity back because i feel bad and dirty , being brought up a christian. I liked this other guy who though i was a virgin, so he was keen, i was persuaded that i suld loose my virginity and when the guy who liked me found out he lost interest. It really hurt me cos he said i was a slut like all the other girls, depite the fact that he isnt a virgin himself. Very hurt, can i get sugery, i really wuld like surgery.
