first i hate summer..its to freaking hot ;-) anyways ive always have had a bad reaction to the heat. if im in the sun for to long i get very notouis and super dizzy. i get sun burn easial, my friends laugh at me sometimes cause i'm mixed with black and mexican and they say i'm the only black person they know that gets sun burn, but i do i dont get darker i turn red and it hurts if i get burned. but i also get really itchy little bumps all over my arms and legs i also get like patches on my skin..could i be alergic to the sun or just heat sensitive. this happens everytime i go out in the sunlight. if its winter, fall or spring i can go in the sun and feel fine but in the summer when its a combination of the heat and the sun i'm miserable. anyone have any suggustions.

You really do need to see a doctor for this, to rule out any serious conditions.

It may very well be you are just extra-sensitive to the sun, and to heat. Some people are, regardless of race. Also, if you are on any medications, ask your pharmacist if any of them might cause an increased sensitivity to sunlight/heat.

One reason you need to see a doctor is that a disease called Lupus makes people very sun-sensitive. There are other symptoms involved as well, and a doctor will be able to tell you if you have it or not. If you do, it is important to have appropriate ongoing treatment so it doesn't get worse and so that it affects your life as little as possible. If your doctor determines you do not have lupus, s/he will at the least be able to give suggestions for enduring hot sunny weather more comfortably.

Go to a doctor. You might also be just sensitive to the sun.Try whering sunscreen EVERY time you go outside.Use extra protection. That should do it!
It MIGHT but probily NOT be a disease.
