different foods do different things for you: make your bones strong, lubricate your intestines, improve your hearing and eyesight, etc.

nutrients or lack of them. you put greasy fatty foods in there and your body can process them but there won't be much to process and a alot of crap will be left over. foods rich in what our body needs to survive contain minerals, vitamins etc that our body can use to further its growth and have a healthy start. If you were building a house and had the choice of using concrete or sticks, which would you choose? you can build a house from either but the concrete is more stable and made of the right stuff to ensure your house will be strong and sturdy.

It is the building block of your body. Try building a house out of tissue paper. It is also your fuel. Try pouring pancake syrop into your gas tank and see how far you get.
