probably best to get in touch with your local ICU-possessing hospital and seeing if they can supply you with any suitable (anonymised) materials, or even if you can go down make the notes yourself (which will certainly give you a more true to life experience / record of the patient care, symptoms etc which may have been sugar coated in official materials or those sent out from the hosp)
