involuntary muscle movements are a sign of neuromuscular (nerves & muscles) problems. That is something that a Dr (and probably a specialist) needs to look into

Is it often ? can other people notice it? are you disoreinted afterwards? Is there epilepsy in your family?

you should seriously see your doctor. you could have some muscle or nerve disorder.
