People can get anxious over a number of things. I, myself, used to get that way during a thunderstorm. You just gotta think of all the people in your area that are experiencing the thunderstorm as well, and they are all getting through it. Ask yourself "what am I afraid of?" You gotta think that the storm will end shortly (most thunderstorms don't last very long). Each time, the anxiety you get from the storm will lessen, until you won't be afraid at all. You'll see!

Nah I enjoy thunder and lightening storms. Besides, there is nothing to worry about thunder. and you have a VERY slim chance of getting struck by lightening!

I used to have sever fear of lightning. I was affaid of getting electricuted. But I got over it by rading up on the odds of actually getting hit, and by watching them. now i love them.
