I had a baby 10 months ago. I gained 50lbs during pregnancy. Within two weeks after giving birth I had lost 25 lbs. However, I have only lost 10 lbs since then. I still need to lose 15 lbs and have a goal of losing it by my sons 1st birthday (August 17). The problem is, I am not losing weight! I have been going to the gym and eating healthier for about two months. I haven't been as steady at going to the gym as I should be, but I try to go 3 to 4 times a week and work out for at least 40 minutes. I do cardio at the gym and I do strength training at home. (I feel self conscious using the weight machines at the gym, I know that's stupid and I need to get over it.) I have only lost 2 pounds in 2 months! I hate it... Pre-pregnancy I was 115, so that is my goal. I need an emphasis on my legs and butt. Do you have any sugestions, programs, foods to boost my metabolism, etc...that will help me lose 15 pounds in 2 months? That is realistic right? about 2 lbs per week...
