I have heard a lot of different opinions, but all the guys I date think I am way too skinny. How do you guys feel about this?

Personally, as a guy, even when I was too skinny, I always prefer women mid-sized or even heavy-set-it's a personal thing I guess but I ended relationships with many women because they were too skinny. Generally I try not to base things on appearance but we all have certain things we are attracted to or turned off by-however if a guy only wants skinny women, he may dump you when pregnant or whatever.

Well our society's standards of beauty are largely centered around the forms of mass media that we are blasted with everyday, so it is easy to say that skinnier women are more attractive because this mimics models and other people considered beautiful who are on TV and in magazines, however, I'm a cuddler and well maybe it's because the love of my life is a healthily sized (not fat at all) but i enjoy some meat on the bones.But dont worry every guy has preferences, for every guy that like a heavier girl... there are 100000000 guys who like skinny girls.

it depends on the guy, and influence in his life.
where I live (NY) it seems like 70% of the thin men have seriously BIG women.
I asked a guy why he was with a 350 pound women when he was only 140 pounds..... he said;
1. He knows she hasn't been with as many men as a thin female.
2. He knew she would be faithful.
3. She was less likely to encounter HIV then a thin female (he said HIV makes you slim, not fat).
4. She treated him like a king.
5. She wasn't big on going out, so she stayed home and took real good care of the kids.
He gave me 10 reasons but here are 5. I replied that a thin women has the same... he said it wasn't as easy to find.
I wasn't entirely happy with his reply, but every one is entitled to their own opinion's , and preference.

Um, I'm a girl and all lol, but like I just wanted to say EVERYONE i know thinks I am too skinny also.

As for me and most of the other guys I've spoken to about this, we prefer girls who are not fat, but not necessarily as skinny as girls seem to think guys prefer. Girls DEFINITELY look better if they actually have a body.

Most lik girls 2 b skinny some fat & som in between.I prefer skinny coz they r way attractive

well. i think it can be bad if you are like anorexically skinny to the point where your ribcage is clearly visable. or if your skinny to the point where your breasts are too small. other wise skinny isnt bad.
