Hi, I am about 5'4, 5'5ish, and I weigh around 100.

Everyone tells me I'm too skinny, but I think I actually need to lose weight.. what do yall think?

I'm the same height as you and about the same weight, personally, I'm fine with me. I eat well, sleep well, exercise regularly, and this is where my body is comfortable. If you're you're skipping meals, not sleeping well, over-exercising, etc, you may have a problem. A few years back I had a lot of health problems (developed food intollerances to EVERYTHING other than raw fruits and veggies due to hormonal irregularities) and was down to 80 - 90 lbs. I was in and out of the hospital, my weight was WAY too low. Take it from someone who's been there, that is definitely not a place you want to go.

You sound like your at a healthy weight girl!don't go dieting u don't wan to look like hilary duff and lindsey lohan all skinny and weird lucking.Be happy with u and eat!talk to your doctor to gwth the right weight for your height so u know what the answer is for real

u are fine the way u are ask a doctor if the doc says u are good go with it and do not let others give their meaningless opinions once cleared with a clean bill of health

My advice is to check how much jonke food do you eat and you will find the answer by yourself.
