just keep drinking your fluids!
Start easy and eat some toast and crackers. Get your stool back up to "solid" state. After that, it'll be easier on the anus when you stop wiping so much. If it's bad, go and get some A&D ointment for diaper rash that they put on babies. I know it's gross, but put some on your anus (externally) and make sure that you don't have a fancy pair of undies on, just in case the ointment could leave a greasy stain.
Hope you feel better.

First you want to stop going to the bathroom. Have you tried Amodium AD? That is the best stuff there is. After three days, you should see a doctor. I hope you are taking in enough fluids or you could end up in the hospital.
I would sit in a warm tub of water. That will make you feel better and you won't have to wash down there, but it will still get clean. Then I would use a ziip lock baggie, fill it with ice and wrap a wash cloth around it so it isn't so cold. Then lay down and use it on your butt. That should help. Twenty minutes on and twenty minutes off.
You really should think about a doctor's call.

I see that you might be dehydrating a little. First thing is drink lots of cool water. Next give yourself(or ask someone) to massage your lower back and around the scrutum area(=lower spine). Apply some healing shiatsu by pressing down with your fingertips on this spine, lowerback and backside for atleast 1/2 hour. This will subdue the suffering considerably and you'll be happier. According to URL(below) stop taking medications(prescriptions) if you're doing so. Throw away sour liquids, rotten foods. Bananas, pineapple, mango, papaya are good. Specially green papaya.
Also you may put some ice on those burning areas. Success with this therapy!

I wouldn't be worrying about THAT pain. You should be worrying about the fact that you've had diarreah for 3 days. That's wrong...
If immodium hasn't helped, you need to be seen by a doctor. Diarreah for that long will cause dehydration.

Drink a lot of water. It is easy to get dehydrated when you have diarrhea. Try some Preparation H for the burning.
