I don't worry about many things, generally I'm an extremely laid back guy. Sometimes, though, when I find something that I consider to be important enough to worry about I worry about it WAY too much.

I try not to. I try to put my energy into other things. There will occasionally be something that puts me in a tailspin though. I've learned to bounce back quickly. Don't have time to worry! Life's too short!

i answered a similar..question where i quoted that if you worry ..pray.... if you pray dont worry. i think concern.. is what i feel.. because i do pray and let it go. to me people worry about bills..or passing a test... but are concerned that their kids are eating enough.. or getting enough sleep. so i dont worry to much ... no is my answer

Far too much, but more about things that don't matter at all. I cope with the other things.

yes, but not as much as I used to. I am learning to accept many aspects of my life now and learning to accept people for who they are and accepting things I can't change.
