do they write excessively "wordy" with many extra characters?

yes, many times i've witnessed my sister do it. wordy doesn't begin to describe it, they use capital letters and explanation points for dramatic effect, and explain things to excess. i could write a dissertation on this.

I have never seen it, however I have been told many times that I have done this. Unfortunately I black out when it happens so I am not sure of the answer to your question
