If you have done something and you feel so bad about it and it is affecting you, making you feel depressed and making you cry etc If its so hard to think about and gets too much, is it possible that your body/heart numbs and you don't feel the emotions, you are blank as if it didn't happen and everything is okay if you keep occuppied?

A sort of denial?

Pills such as Centrum and Metamucil.

Sometimes I dont have time or I dont want to eat. I was wondering if I can just take pills and remain healthy instead.

ok see them me explain i took this weight loss pill i started yesterday i took one and i was fine. My husband has been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and High Cholesterol. In supporting his "new" Diabetic diet, I have opted to be on a Diabetic Diet with him. Also, my daughter is 10, and she is very thin, I was having her do this diet as well, but allow her to eat "junk" food on occasion. Is it nutritionally safe for my child to do a No Sugar/Low Fat diet as well?
