You haven't overdosed. But when you take diet pills you're supposed to follow them up with a HEALTHY diet and exercise plan. Not eating is NOT healthy. You have to eat or else the diet pills burn up everything and you have nothing left. You can die like this. EAT

Don't take a weight loss pill! There's no reason to take pills that your body does not need - it's an unnecessary risk. Weight loss pills have a terrible history of having horrific side effects years down the road. Lose weight by just watching what you eat and exercising. If you really feel that you need medicine to control your weight, then contact your doctor and get something that is known to be safe and effective. Call your doctor soon to find out if this pill is going to hurt you in the long run or not - it sounds like you're already having bad reactions to it.

2 are fine but the feeling your getting is from lack of food. I get the same way if I don`t eat even if I`m not hungry. Need to put something on your stomach even if it`s half of piece of bread with bologna or something on it. Body needs nutrients or you get dizzy. The pill is speeding up your matab and you need to compensate for that.

a ovedose is any time you take more than the purscribed dosage. If the label say's 2 a day, 3 aday is over dosed... i'm a respiratory therpist and that's medical guidlines on over dose.

try drinking a lot of water. you might not be getting enough water if you take the pills. also, you need food to stay alive, so eating would be a good idea. you need to exercise to lose weight, you can't just take a pill.

your probably alright but dont take mroe than one from now on, and i fyou dont eat our body will throw itself off due to lack of nutrients, and by the way, you need to eat better, not stop eating, if you stop eating you wont loose weight, unless u stop eating for days

when you come to, and you're in a stolen truck, full of stolen t.v.'s, and you're naked. it would be safe to say you've overdosed.
