I live in central GA and every summer it gets hot and humid. I was just curious if anyone could answer this for me.

I don't know if this is particularly true for everyone, but that does happen to me in hot weather. Heat does make molecules expand. Also, water retention can cause this because of sweating in the heat...we need to retain water longer to keep from dehydrating. That would be my answer.

Because your body retains water. Oddly enough, if you drink plenty of water it will help reduce these effects. Initialy you'll be hittin' the toilet more frequently, but this will pass in about a week. You'll actually be surprised at how much better you'll feel as well.

When it's hot, we drink a lot more (right?), our body obtains the ater and makes it look bigger, so it's just water weight.
