Lifetime....it can be uplifting at times, make you think and usually the whole emotional package in one. Music is better and getting up and moving about. Instead of watching t.v. why don't you talk to your doctor about seeking treatment for depression. It's NEVER to late...go call now!! Good luck and God bless. You may want to ask about group therapy, counseling, even a psychiatrist to find out the root cause of this.

None! If you are depressed the best thing to do is MOVE. Get off the couch and go for a walk, or bike ride. Yea ,I know you don't feel like it. Do it anyway! They are called endorphins. They happen in your body when you get it pumping. And THEY are what your body uses to keep you from getting depressed, and to COUNTER depression when it is already present. So get up and move people!

Jerry Springer or Cops
Any show that can demonstrate how great your life is by showing you people who have hit rock bottom or close to.

As Monty Python once said..."Always look on the bright side of Life"

Whatever your "depressed about" just remember there are MANY MANY more who have it worse of than you.
