Im 4'11", 135lbs and am sick of being overweight! I just seem to eat when I am bored and stressed and just eat too much! Any tips for losing weight?

My mother has been bed-ridden for 4 months, she has been using pampers for that time. My sister called me today and told me that she saw some jellowy fluid with a pale yellow green color coming out of her urethra since I haven't seen her I'm not sure if it is in her vagina. I have a medicine called
Terazol 7 which is used intravaginal but I'm not sure if I can use it on her. Can anybody help?

Hello,
my psychology professor told me who can induce lucid dreams by getting first getting very sleepy (through a bit of sleep deprivation) then going to bed but doing something that keeps him uncomfortable. He didn't specify what though. What are some ways to keep yourself physically uncomfortable but not uncomfortable enough to where you can't sleep at all?

If you are or are not, please tell me why. I was prescribed Actonel, but decided against it because of jaw necrosis and I have peridontal disease. I have decided not to take any prescribed drugs and will try to take better care of my bones thru nutrition, exercise and supplements. I'd appreciate any feedback.
