Yoga and bubble baths (not at the same time) Sometimes medicines can help I was using Lexapro and that seemed to work. But I quit to see if I could go without it. And I'm doing all right. Be careful that some anxiety/depression medicines can make your attitude flat or boring without you realizing it.

A couple of people in my family take Valium, Xanax, or Klonipin for anxiety. They say that yoga, exercise, chamomile tea, lavender soap shampoo candles or incense help. St. Johns Wort and Valerian Root are supplements they bought when they ran out of pills. And that Sleepytime Extra Tea with Valerian. I don't take anything for anxiety (unless beer counts :D) but there is always pill bottles laying around here, and people talking about why they are making the whole house smell like lavender.
