Yeah i guess.M ex-gf use to tell me she ate pineapples.wait a minute, but that was to delay the period.Hmm,im confused!

there isnt a way to make your period end faster, but there is a way to make your period easier and more smoother. drink alot of water, make sure you exercise ( but dont exhaust yourself ), and keep a healthy diet.

Please don't take those pills that are advertised on t.v. They say they can make your period short, but I don't think they are safe. We bleed for a certain period of time for a reason. DOn't mess with your body.
