Hello,
my psychology professor told me who can induce lucid dreams by getting first getting very sleepy (through a bit of sleep deprivation) then going to bed but doing something that keeps him uncomfortable. He didn't specify what though. What are some ways to keep yourself physically uncomfortable but not uncomfortable enough to where you can't sleep at all?

he sounds like a bit of a freak but anyway..i would put away your usual bedding/pillows and try without or put an object in the bed that impedes your usual sleeptime movements, maybe some guy you can't stand..has the prof volunteered to come over and assist yet?
