Scrapbooking is one of my hobbies, and my husband thought it would be "fun" for me to try to make some extra money doing custom scrapbooks, say, if someone didn't have time to do it and they still wanted a personal touch. Would anyone actually pay to have that done?

Most companies I've found doing customized plush toys only work in large quantity orders, I'm looking for a company or individual crafter that could make just 1 unit. Prefferably somewhere in the midwest.

I am looking ideally for a manufacturer who would ultimately be able to supply 1:18 or even better 1:12 scale models of cars and possibly car parts too for a venture I would like to undertake. Thought I have searched high and low I cannot find these particular cars in these scales for sale anywhere.
Thanks!

We have found that ironing the image for too long results in scorching, but any less time does not transfer the image properly and leaves a 'plastic' surface which cracks and peels in the wash.

My bf is really into cars, its a hobby of his that obviously means alot to him. I myself have never had a particular interest and know nothing. I would however like to learn because it is really important to him. I was wondering if anyone had any facts or information that they find interesting about cars in general, or 1 specific type/model of car, that might grab my interest. Much appreciated x

im into crafts.ive always been fascinated about making treasures from junk...ive collected wine bottles and make them into hanging planters with matching bead works hanging on the bottle's neck. ive also done wire arts, painted bottles, i collect anything that fancied me and my room has become an archive or a store house.mind you, i even collect the bark of trees which i use as gift tags.ive been inspired by reading alot of interior decor magazines like ikea, etc.i would always find myself reading page by page and getting alot of alternative ideas and concepts.i would want to find an outlet or maybe a website wherein i can publish my work and earn at same time. and also would want to share my ideas as well....funny at times, i find myself just staring but mind you, im thinking again of a project..thanks for helping me out.

I'm reconstructing an old jersey knit tanktop into a babydoll dress with some vintage linen fabric. The tank will be cut below the bust to make an empire waist where the linen will be attached for the "dress" part. QUESTION: How do I best connect them? My problem is that the top is already pre-made & stretchy, while the bottom is non-stretch & simply 2 pieces of fabric (for front & back) Will I have to stretch the top as I move along w/ the sewing machine, in order to gather the bottom properly at the waist? Should I create a "skirt" with the linen pieces prior to connecting the top? I've made these before, but never with 2 completely different types of material!

I'm looking for a site on how to make anime dolls/plushies. To be more specific I'm looking to make a sephiroth doll. Maybe even cloud too. More life like than cute though. Anything will do.

Thanks :)

I have lost over 5 charms over the past few months to weak links/jump rings on my bracelet. Can you suggest a better way of affixing my charms to my bracelet to minimize them getting pulled off and lost?? Thanks in advance for your advice!
