You can buy acetate that you can print onto using the computer This would not be very thick though. You maybe able to print onto the acetate and then put it through a laminator. This method would be better as it is thicker and would cut better.

You can rubber stamp or draw onto shrink plastic and colour it in. Cut it out punching a hole at this stage if you need one and hold an embossing heat gun over it. The plastic wiggles about then flattens shrinking to about 1/7th of its original size.

You can get a rubber stamp made from an outline of your computer image but will have to colour it by hand. If you want a lot of images there are some reasonably priced kits available to make acrylic stamps yourself which can be used in the same way.

Shrink plastic is available in clear, white, black, frosted and wallpaper (with a printed background). You should find it at any craft shop selling rubber stamps and you will need a Stazon ink pad. For colouring most fibre tips and gel pens work but the colour can intensify or change after shrinking so test first.

Lazertran. You can colour photocopy onto Lazertran regular paper, cut out, soak in water and slide onto any surface

Or Lazertran Inkjet paper can be used on inkjet printers.

This should be available from stationers or art & craft shops but may have to be ordered. Tell the shop they can get it from Magna Craft if they buy from this wholesaler.

Learning to be a master of drawing pictures is easy with the aid of Realistic Pencil Portrait Mastery guide from here https://tr.im/WQV1p .
With Realistic Pencil Portrait Mastery guide you'll got that called Session Mind Routes and each of the training comes with what are called “Process” or “Mind” maps. They are primarily outline summaries of the thing that was included in each of the lessons.
With Realistic Pencil Portrait Mastery you will also receive 100 Large Resolution Guide Images since if you are going to training your face pulling, you then will require research pictures. This bonus includes 100 good quality dark and bright images composed of 70 faces and 30 facial features. Really useful!
