I am looking ideally for a manufacturer who would ultimately be able to supply 1:18 or even better 1:12 scale models of cars and possibly car parts too for a venture I would like to undertake. Thought I have searched high and low I cannot find these particular cars in these scales for sale anywhere.
Thanks!

I would start with some of the diecast manufacturers. AutoArt, Kyosho, CMC, & GMP are just a few who manufacture in both 1/18 and 1/12 scale. Development cost for diecast is rather expensive and usually requires production runs into the thousands to be profitable. For smaller production runs, resin models are generally a better alternative. I can't think of any at the moment, but I would suggest logging into some of the diecast collector sites for more info.

You could look in your yellow paged for "fabricators". These are people who own factories that can re-tool depending on what you hire them to make. They can probably hook you up with someone to build a prototype, then decide how the factory would mass-produce it.

You are looking at tens of thousands of dollars, but if it's a good idea, you should be able to get financing.

Specialist custom car companies but they will cost you a fortune.
If you have access to the Discovery channels check out 2 programmes American hot rod, and American chopper they will give you some idea of the engineering involved.
