I'm looking for a site on how to make anime dolls/plushies. To be more specific I'm looking to make a sephiroth doll. Maybe even cloud too. More life like than cute though. Anything will do.

You have to invent your own, because these are copyrighted designs and they don't release patterns. In fact some of them are so strict that if you made one and showed it to someone, they could sue you.
But you could practice by buying some doll magazines and//or patterns and learning how to make dolls in general, then graduate to copying the anime designs.
