You have KM# 24.1 it had a mintage of 6,095,000 which is the largest for this type. It is silver and has .1447 oz of actual silver. In average circulated grades it is worth around $2 to a collector that collects the series. By the way Proof is a type of coin, not a grade. A mishandled proof can have a grade of PR-45 which means it is a proof coin, but is only an extra fine. It is a neat old coin and was made in the days when coins had silver in them.
