Talking like Donald Duck?

Hi! Can anyone explain exactly how I talk like Donald Duck. I will be really grateful since I have always wanted to do that (please don't say helium, that's not Donald Duck).

Stick your tongue to the roof of your mouth, but allow the back of it to flap at the sides. Force air around it, allowing your cheeks to puff but always keeping your tongue stuck to the roof of your mouth. This gives you the funny lisp and also that weird echo-ey voice. It takes a lot of practice but it doesn't hurt your throat like some character voices.
