im into crafts.ive always been fascinated about making treasures from junk...ive collected wine bottles and make them into hanging planters with matching bead works hanging on the bottle's neck. ive also done wire arts, painted bottles, i collect anything that fancied me and my room has become an archive or a store house.mind you, i even collect the bark of trees which i use as gift tags.ive been inspired by reading alot of interior decor magazines like ikea, etc.i would always find myself reading page by page and getting alot of alternative ideas and concepts.i would want to find an outlet or maybe a website wherein i can publish my work and earn at same time. and also would want to share my ideas as well....funny at times, i find myself just staring but mind you, im thinking again of a project..thanks for helping me out.

Unless you can drive people to a website, it probably isn't a viable option. What I'd do is try to get in some local arts and crafts shows.

How about writing a book? People LOVE that stuff!

When I first went into business, I took everything and put it on a website, and at the same time began selling on Ebay. Ebay helped me figure out pretty quickly what would sell and what wouldn't. Basically it has to be something people feel they couldn't make for themselves, or they really want it and don't want to take the time to make one. In most cases it also needs to be durable enough to stand up to shipping and heavy use.

I started out with a freebie website similar to Tripod, and upgraded to ad-free as the money began to come in. My website went from 8 product lines down to 2. There were more than 2 things that would sell, but I figured out that some items are not fun to make in high volumes.

You can also look around for craft shops that rent shelf space or sell local items on consignment, and of course craft fairs.

do you want to sell your stuff?
if so why not set up a website, or do a sale and return deal with local cafes, craft/art shops, or set up a stall in the local market or go along to craft fairs and try and sell your stuff there!

good luck
